Pineapple mint refresher

Pineapple contains a natural enzyme called bromelain, which breaks down proteins and aids significantly in post-meal digestion. While this drink is entirely fat-free, it is relatively high in fast-digesting fruit sugars (fructose). If you are ordering this version outside, always ask the server to omit any simple sugar syrups to prevent unnecessary calorie spikes.
