Meal orders and subscriptions are processed according to your chosen plan and delivery schedule.
- Meal orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- You will receive order confirmation and delivery updates via email, WhatsApp, or app notifications.
- Subscription meals are prepared fresh and delivered as per your selected plan (daily or as agreed).
2. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver meals through our delivery partners in our service areas.
- Delivery windows: You will be informed of the expected delivery slot for your area.
- Fresh meals: Meals are prepared and delivered to maintain quality and freshness.
- Delivery address: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.
Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier delays. Metis Fit is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. Here's what you need to know:
- Single meal orders can be cancelled only before the order is prepared or dispatched.
- Subscription plans can be paused or cancelled as per your plan terms; contact us for assistance.
- To cancel or modify an order, contact us via email admin@metis.fit or call +919376967696 with your order details.
4. Returns & Replacements
⚠️ Important: Prepared meals are perishable and cannot be returned once delivered.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or credit where applicable.
5. Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before preparation or dispatch
- Significant quality or delivery issues that we are unable to resolve
- Package confirmed lost or undelivered
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation. Subscription refunds are subject to the terms of your plan.
6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Our team will coordinate with the delivery partner and work towards a resolution or replacement where possible.
